We are looking for an Administrator to join the team. Ideally the candidate will have some experience of working in an administration position and will have a basic knowledge conveyancing.

Good computer literacy is required and experience with Word and Excel.

Job Description:  ADMINISTRATOR (Part Time 25 hours per week)


Reports to: Head of Administration and Conveyancing

Based in: Salisbury – (Head Office)


ROLE

Hours:                                   Flexible – to be agreed

Holiday:                                20 working days plus bank holidays ( Pro rata )

Salary:                                   £17,000 ( Pro rata )

Probation period:            six months with one months notice


Key Objective


To ensure that all Subletting enquires are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.


To ensure that all permissions enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.


PERSON PROFILE


Experienced administrator assisting the Head of Administration with Subletting   and permissions portfolio. 


They will have good business awareness efficient administrative skills be happy to develop this new role and an ability to work under pressure.


They will have a practical, hands-on attitude, a good team player and be able to build relationships with external clients and our regional teams. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

  • Clients enquiries & correspondence
  • Telephone enquires
  • Billing
  • Collection & Chasing
  • Liaison with Trading Accountant

  • Clients/Solicitors enquiries & correspondence
  • Telephone enquires
  • Billing
  • Collection & Chasing
  • Liaison with Trading Accountant


Job Requirements

  • An Administration background in a busy environment. 
  • Software skills: All round IT competency is essential.
  • MS Office software fluency. ( MS Word, MS Excel , Outlook).
