We are looking for an Administrator to join the team. Ideally the candidate will have some experience of working in an administration position.

Good computer literacy is required and experience with Word and Excel.

Job Description:  PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR


Reports to: Head of Administration

Based in: Salisbury – (Head Office)

Hours:                                   25 hours to suit

Holiday:                                20 working days plus bank holidays pro rata

Probation period:            six months with one months notice


Key Objective


To ensure that all administration duties are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

PERSON PROFILE


Experience an advantage but training will be given. 


They will have good business awareness efficient administrative skills be happy to develop this new role and an ability to work under pressure.


They will have a practical, hands-on attitude, a good team player and be able to build relationships with external clients and our regional teams. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Job Requirements

  • An Administration background in a busy environment. 
  • Software skills: All round IT competency is essential.
  • MS Office software fluency. ( MS Word, MS Excel , Outlook).
